We’ve always believed the best supply chain software comes from people who’ve spent time on the warehouse floor. From day one, every product decision has started with the same question: does this actually help the people on the floor?
Today, hundreds of companies across 25 countries rely on Hardis WMS and Hardis OMS to power their logistics. We stay laser-focused on the problem that holds every supply chain back — the disconnected sites, the siloed decisions, the lack of visibility that slows everything down, every single day. We envision a world where warehouses, factories, stores and last-mile hubs operate as one seamless network.

Our story
The Hardis WMS was first released in 1994. Since then, the Hardis software suite has grown to address logistics execution challenges in all types of fulfillment centers, as well as the latest omnichannel and collaborative supply chain needs.
Hardis Group, the parent company of Hardis Supply Chain was founded.
1994: Hardis WMS (formely Reflex WMS) is launched
From the outset, the Hardis WMS warehouse management system was designed with and for 3PLs. To this day, these origins continue to influence the design of our software, which is built with the versatility to adapt to all sectors and company sizes.
1996: Hardis WMS expands into new sectors
Hardis continued to incorporate modules and features to respond to new sectors—retail, supermarkets, manufacturing, and more—and began to cater to the needs of companies with in-house logistics management.
First partnerships with software integrators
Hardis fueled its expansion by partnering up with software integrators. Today, Hardis’ network of integrators operates worldwide: IBM, Cap Gemini, Tata Consultancy Services, IT Horizon…
2012: Hardis WMS SaaS is released
The solution is hosted in Hardis Group’s private cloud.
2015: Eyesee, the autonomous inventory drone, is invented
2017: Hardis Group Iberia, the first international subsidiary, is opened
2017: Hardis In-Store is launched
To address the new challenges of omnichannel and decentralized logistics, a new software solution adapted to new logistics fields—stores and urban hubs—was launched.
2018: Hardis Group Benelux is opened
2020: Hardis WMS for Factory is launched
Features designed to manage manufacturing logistics were incorporated into Reflex WMS.
2021: Hardis Group Polska is opened
2023: Hardis WMS is released in Google Cloud Platform
2023: Acquisition of Sislog, a warehouse management software provider for SMEs.
2023: Hardis SC Network (formely Reflex Visibility), a supply chain collaboration platform, is launched
Three solutions for supply chain visibility and collaboration were launched: Appointment Scheduling, Control Tower and 3PL Portal.
2024: Acquisition of the Order Management System OIL (OMS) from the company Magnus Black.
2025: Hardis Supply Chain becomes a subsidiary of Hardis Group.
The company unifies all its software brands under the Hardis brand.
